The Well Woman Fall Reset
Seven days to clear what summer buried — and remember the woman underneath. Clear. Radiant. Calm. Whole.
A live, 7-day Ayurvedic reset for the exact moment the seasons turn. Not a detox. Not a diet. The ancient practice of Ritusandhi , the season's own invitation back to yourself.Something is clouded. It isn't gone.
Every year, right about now, the glow goes quiet.
Not because it left — because something settled over it. The clarity that felt so easy in spring goes foggy. The skin that had its own light gets dry, dull, tired-looking, no matter what you put on it. The calm you used to trust gives way to a low, wired hum that won't quite settle. The vibrancy that carried you through summer starts to feel like something you have to manufacture instead of something you simply are.
This is not a flaw in you. It's residue — Ama, and the heat of a season that hasn't finished leaving your body yet. In Ayurveda, this is exactly what the turning of the seasons asks you to clear, so that what's actually yours — your clarity, your glow, your calm, your wholeness — can come back into view.
This isn't a detox. It's a remembering.
This isn't a detox. It's a remembering.
This isn't a detox. It's a remembering.
Ayurveda calls the space between two seasons Ritusandhi — the junction. The ancients understood it as one of the most sacred windows of the whole year, because whatever your body is still holding from the season that's ending determines how you'll meet the one that's arriving.
Right now, that means this: the heat and overstimulation summer's Pitta left behind is still moving through you, right as Vata season begins arriving with its own qualities — dry, cold, quick, ungrounded. Meet that junction unconsciously, and it's Vata that wins: the wired-but-tired feeling, the dry skin, the anxious mind, the digestion that stops cooperating. Meet it on purpose, and something else becomes possible.
The Well Woman Fall Reset is built for these seven days exactly — clearing what summer left behind, rebuilding the fire that turns nourishment into radiance, and grounding your nervous system before the season asks anything of it. Not something you're building from nothing. Something you're clearing the way for.
What Becomes Possible
Clarity. Glow. Radiance. Vibrancy. Calm. Wholeness.
This is what seven days of clearing
the junction, on purpose, actually makes room for:
a mind that isn't moving through fog, and a felt sense of what your body actually needs this season, not what wellness culture tells you to want.
Clarity
skin and complexion that reflect what's happening underneath, once what's clouding Bhrajaka Pitta (your skin's own inner light) has somewhere to go.
Glow
not applied, not performed. The remembrance that beauty was never a luxury for the few — it's Purusha, your own nature, made visible.
Radiance
an Agni, a digestive fire, strong enough to turn what you take in into actual vitality instead of more residue.
Vibrancy
a nervous system that has been asked, gently, to release what summer's heat left in it, instead of carrying that charge into winter.
Calm
a daily rhythm that holds you instead of one you have to hold together — Ojas rebuilt, reserves replenished, the season met instead of survived.
Wholeness
The Kitchari Cleanse
Underneath the seven days sits a single food practice: kitchari — mung dal and rice, simmered soft with warming spices and ghee, the most trusted reset food in the entire Ayurvedic tradition. It's not a fast. It's not restriction. It's food simple and gentle enough that Agni finally gets to rest instead of labor — which is the whole point, and it's why kitchari is often the food Ayurveda turns to during recovery, not just cleansing.
There's no crash into it and no crash out of it. The week opens with kitchari as one meal, builds to your anchor meal through the middle days (with a fuller kitchari-only option offered for anyone who wants to go deeper), and eases back out by day seven — a taper in, a taper out, never a cliff. You'll leave with the recipe itself: your own Kitchari Ritual card, warming and Vata-pacifying, yours to return to at the start of every season from here on.

The path back,
day by day
Day 0 — The Threshold.
Enter Ritusandhi. A guided self-check-in: where is the glow clouded, where is the calm already thinning? Meet the week's kitchari practice before it begins, so nothing arrives cold.
Day 1 — Clarity.
What Ama is, and why the season-change is exactly when it surfaces. Kitchari enters gently tonight, one bowl, alongside otherwise simple, warm eating.
Day 2 — Vibrancy.
Agni, your digestive fire, as the engine of everything that follows. Kitchari becomes your anchor meal today — Agni-rebuilding, made edible.
Day 3 — Calm.
Abhyanga — warm oil self-massage, and the single highest-leverage ritual there is for meeting Vata season grounded instead of braced. Kitchari continues to hold you.
Day 4 — Wholeness.
Your own Fall Dinacharya — the daily rhythm that will actually hold you once the season fully turns. Kitchari remains your anchor.
Day 5 — Calm, deepened.
Sadhaka Pitta and the nervous system — where summer's unprocessed heat has been living as a wired mind, and a breath practice to release it. The last full anchor day before the gentle taper out begins.
Day 6 — Glow & Radiance.
Ojas — your vigor, your juiciness, your feminine essence. Today's kitchari is built as your Ojas meal — extra ghee, warming spice — as one other meal returns, simply.
Day 7 — Wholeness, arrived.
Live closing call. Return to where you began, and meet who's here now — clearer, calmer, more whole. Your plate is fully your own again. And a clear next step, if you want to keep going.
This is for you if
You feel the season turn in your own body every year, and you're ready to meet it awake instead of just enduring it. You've never had a real introduction to Ayurveda, but something in you has always known this rhythm existed. You want radiance that comes from remembering, not performing — and you want a week held by real structure and real company, not another download that sits unopeneda.
A quiet, honest note on
who this isn't for
This is general lifestyle and food education, not medical treatment, and it isn't the right fit for everyone. It's not intended for anyone who is pregnant or nursing, anyone with a current or past eating disorder, or anyone managing a diagnosed medical condition without their provider already in the loop. If that's you, this particular container isn't the right one right now — worth saying plainly, with care, rather than leaving it to fine print.
Who's holding this space
I'm not an Ayurvedic doctor, and I won't pretend otherwise. What I am is someone who has lived this work for seventeen years — through my own chronic illness, and everything it actually took to come back to myself — and who has studied and lived Ayurveda since 2014. I'm currently completing my Ayurvedic practitioner certification. Everything in this reset is lifestyle guidance and ritual, not diagnosis or treatment. And everything I teach, I've lived first.

Summer is already loosening its grip.
The only real question is whether you get to meet that turning awake — clear, radiant, calm, whole or whether it happens to you the way it happens most years, quietly, without your knowing why.
